I completed my Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, and later a Master Diploma in Alternative Medicine, and I have spent my working life in Nashik doing one thing above everything else — sitting across from a patient for long enough to actually understand what is going on.
Why this clinic exists
I started Panchamveda Wellness because of a pattern I kept seeing. Ayurveda, in most places, had drifted into one of two extremes. On one side, a medicine counter — a quick pulse reading, a bag of churnas, come back next month. On the other, a scented room selling an hour of oil and calling it Panchakarma.
Both are disappointing, and both are avoidable, because classical Panchakarma done correctly is neither of those things. It is a structured medical procedure, with preparation, a defined main phase, and a carefully supervised recovery. It has indications. It has contraindications. It works best when it is prescribed rather than chosen from a menu.
What your first visit looks like
A consultation, not a sales conversation
- We assess your Prakriti and your current Vikriti, and take a full history.
- We look honestly at your reports and your existing medication.
- Only then do we decide whether Panchakarma suits you at all — and if so, which procedures, in what sequence, for how long.
- Sometimes the right answer is a short course of internal medicine, diet correction and daily routine, with no Panchakarma this season. I will tell you that, even though it is the less profitable answer.
Everything is then supervised. Therapies are performed by trained therapists to a protocol I have set for your case, with the oils and preparations chosen for your condition rather than whatever is standard that week. You are reviewed during the course, not only at the end of it. My training in alternative medicine adds a few further tools — dietetics, lifestyle medicine, supportive naturopathic measures — which I use where they genuinely help alongside the classical treatment.
Why day care
Real people have jobs, children and responsibilities. You should not have to disappear from your life to take care of your health. You come in, complete your therapy in a clean and private setting, and go home — with your treatment properly done and your day still intact.
What we most often treat
- Chronic pain and joint disorders
- Spine and musculoskeletal complaints
- Digestive and metabolic problems
- Skin conditions
- Stress and sleep disturbance
- Lifestyle disorders
- Preventive and seasonal Panchakarma
What I want for anyone who walks in is unremarkable and hard to find: a correct diagnosis, an honest plan, treatment that is actually supervised, and enough time to ask your questions.
